There’s no place like Bozeman High School to be transported to the wondrous discoveries of the Emerald City and the characters of Oz. Based on L. Frank Baum’s novel and the 1939 film, this musical adaption of The Wizard of Oz was originally produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company in London in 1987 with music by Harold Arlen and lyrics by E.Y. Harburg. The score Captures all of our favorites from the timeless film such as “We’re Off To See the Wizard”, If I Only Had A Brain”, “The Merry Old Land of Oz”, and – of course – “Over The Rainbow”. Stacie McKiernan, Artisitc Director said: “This time-honored story, with its familiar characters, is like family to us adults…but how exciting it will be to see today’s kiddos swept away into the iconic story for the first time”.
