DESCRIPTION:The Bangtail Biathlon is hosted by Crosscut Mountain Sports Center at our race ready range\, and breathtaking trails in beautiful Bridger Canyon. In 2025\, the Bangtail Biathlon is a one day event with competition (must have U.S. Biathlon Basic Rifle Safety Certification) and novice races. Novice races are open to all and a great way to experience the sport of biathlon — rifle and ammo are provided.\nWhether you are racing for the win\, or shooting a firearm for the very first time\, we welcome all participants to join in on the fun!
