A mental health wellness fair offering interactive art, discussion and meditative exercises will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, in the Alumni Legacy Lounge in the Strand Union Building and the Danforth Chapel, both on the campus of Montana State University.
“Headspace: The Art of Mental Healing Fair” will allow visitors to learn more about mental health and explore mental healing through sound healing, discussion, literature, interactive art installations and meditative exercises. Students enrolled in a College of Arts and Architecture course on the art of mental healing designed the fair.
The fair is free and open to the public. MSU students can receive 1,000 points in Champ Change for attending.
