W.C. Fields said, “Always carry a flagon of whiskey in case of snakebite and furthermore always carry a small snake.”
To benefit their many efforts, Thrive–with the help of Copper Whiskey Bar & Grill–will put on the Main Street Speakeasy whiskey tasting event on Thursday, November 5th from 6-9pm at the Gallatin History Museum in Downtown Bozeman.
Join in and explore the history and diverse flavors of whiskey, hosted by the local experts of Copper. The evening will include hors d’oevres, whiskey samples, cash bar, and a silent auction to benefit Thrive! Tickets are $65 and available at allthrive.org.
Tickets MUST be purchased in advance. For more details, please contact Molly at 922-4239 or mcech@allthrive.org. Thrive is a community-based organization established in 1986. At the heart of Thrive lies a preventative, strength-based, empowerment model of working with parents and children. The staff provides families with the resources, tools, and support to raise healthy, successful children. Their programs have been developed using evidence-based practices, adapted to meet local community needs, and rigorously evaluated to ensure program efficacy. Thrive has developed critical community partnerships built on sharing design, implementation, management, evaluation, financial resources, and responsibilities for programs. This approach, which has the success of the child at its center, results in the highest quality services, maximizes scarce resources, and has a powerful impact on outcomes for children.
